A 19th Century Dress printed with large flowerheads in pink and ochre, comprising a fitted bodice with elbow length sleeves trimmed with lace, and full hooped skirt, lace panel to the front (a.f.); A 19th Century Black Sleeveless Silk Brocade Bodice, woven with pink floral sprigs and lace trim to the neck; A 19th Century Cream Silk Jacket with three-quarter length sleeves, lined with yellow silk (3)
Condition Report:
Floral dress - Lots of alterations and repairs, fabric overall has some staining and some discoloration, the bodice has had fabric added to the front and back necklines, and been reattached to the skirt, the lace mount to the skirt is very discoloured, some brown staining and a couple of tears overall, possibly remodelled for theatrical dress?
