A 19th century carved and turned wooden chess set in case, a rosewood, mahogany and walnut parquetry travelling chess board, miniature brass orrery, cased drawing instruments, scales and weight sets including Becker & Sons. New York (one tray)
Condition Report:
Chess set one - king is 8cm high. The pieces are not weighted. All pieces are present. Black queen with a chip to the neck. White king with a chip to the neck. White knights have been glued sympathetically. Remaining pieces appear OK. Set two - king is 6.5cm high. Pieces are not weighted. White bishop and two white pawns are lacking. All pieces in generally good order.
