A 19th century guard chain, of belcher-link design, stamped '9C', with swivel clasp stamped '9CT', length 160cm
General surface wear, scuffs and nicks/chips throughout. Some thinning at the junctions between links. Some links are slightly mis-shapen and occasional links may have been solder repaired. The clasp is functioning. Metal standard is untested. Gross weight approx. 32.3gm.
