A 20th Century Fan in fontange form, the yellow gauze, mounted à l'Anglaise on celluloid sticks, features a dancer wearing blue, the skirt voluminous, her shawl cream, with garlands of pink roses above. Together with A Small Red Fan of fontange form, most of the cotton leaf dominated by a blousy red poppy with prominent stamens, this presented on a second panel of iridescent fabric; Another Similar, the cream fabric leaf mounted on tan wood sticks, lightly gilded, and painted with a pair of sparrows seated on a bowl of purples grapes and foliage. Mounted à l'Anglaise, the verso is plain. (3)
