June. 5. 1900., July. 4. 1905., the left side stamped New Service 455 Eley with blade-foresight, the top-strap with sighting groove, the frame with Enfield marks, the butt with chequered two-piece hard-rubber grips (chips to bottom of right grip) with Colt logo and lanyard-loop
