A 9ct gold sapphire bird brooch. Designed as a bird in flight, with circular-shape sapphire eye. Import marks for London, 1985. Length 6.3cms. Weight 4.8gms. Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Minor crack to metal on reverse. Sapphire is a deep medium blue hue, well saturated.
