A BAROQUE REVIVAL GILT BRASS MANTEL CLOCK, PROBABLY ENGLISH, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, a sprouting dual handled urn with relief petals and foliate surmounts and onion dome centering a Prince of Wales feather plume over a white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, two escarpments, over a grill piereced with writhing dolphin fish spewing water from their mouths, flanked by crawling leafy vines, raised on a shaped base with gadroon and leafy moldings on splayed legs with scrolled feet, centering a pear shaped cabochon among feathery scrolls, the clockworks marked with numbers 58803 and 3-5. Height: 18 3/4" Width: 9" Depth: 5 1/2" Provenance: Lifelong Collection of Clocks and Antiques, Navasota, Texas.
Condition Report: Some minor wear, a bent leg, replaced material at back window, some patina, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age.
