after a Meissen model by J. J. Kaendler, as a Scaramouche and Columbine, in an embrace, she holds a bird cage, underglazed blue W mark and Pressnummern 2/90/40; the figure of a girl with a bird cage, after a Vincennes model by Falconet after Boucher, underglaze blue W mark to edge of base, Pressnummern 1/66/27

Condition Report:
Both the group and the figure have some minor damages and losses but are in overall good order with no replacement or restoration.

The commedia dell'arte group has minor chipping to the little finger on the left hand of the male figure and a chip to the ruff of his sleeve just below his right shoulder. She has a chip to the little finger of her left hand, the ring finial of the bird cage, minor chipping to the ribbons on her bodice, her left shoe and his right shoe. There is a chip to one leaf on the base and the stem to the back of the group behind Scaramouche has been reduced. Some minor firing cracks.

The single figure has much of the bird cage on her apron lacking (this element is quite often entirely missing or replaced on other examples) and the index fingers of both hands have been chipped. Small chip tothe ribbon on her ;left blouse sleeve. There is a chip to he edge of the base on the front left side, about 1.7 cm. wide. There is a firing crack to the right hand side of the base which extends up to the base of the tree stump.
