EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY BLUE GEM AND DIAMOND RING,
the round bezel set with a central round faceted blue gem 5mm diameter within a diamond halo, on trifurcated shoulders, hallmarks worn, size O, 3g

With 10x loupe the central gem is abraded, diamonds dirty but with very few inclusions
