set with a cushion shaped blue gem 9.5x8.1 mm long, with three old cut diamonds to each shoulder, unmarked, size L, 2.8g

Colour zoning present in the blue gem - colour more saturated towards the edges.
Diamonds too small to inspect.
All stones present.
