A BLUE GROUND EMBROIDERED SILK DRAGON ROBE WITH COUNTED STITCHES
Late Qing Dynasty
the nine dragons and the tall lishui border woven in gilt-wrapped threads, the surrounding auspicious symbols and clouds worked in white and brightly coloured silk threads, the black ground neck band and cuffs woven en suite on a black ground, the cuffs lined with sky-blue damask with dragon roundels, 140.0cm long, 200.0cm wide
