A BOWENITE AND GUILLOCHE ENAMEL CANE HANDLE

of bulbous form, the collar enameled in bands of wavy seafoam green guilloche enamel, the border with interlacing red ribbons against a white ground, marked with 56 standard and St. Petersburg town mark, partly effaced workmaster mark F*A or F*H in Latin; overall length including mount: 10 cm (4 in.)

CONDITION
The cane handle appears in good condition. Miniscule loss to the top layer of enamel near the bottom collar. Inspection under UV light shows no apparent signs of restoration.
