A Biomega bicycle by Marc Newson, circa 1999

Model 'MN02' of four models produced with the aluminium frame (the fifth being in carbon fibre), designed as a city bicycle by award winning Australian industrial designer Marc Newson for the Danish company, utilising an innovative thermo-formed vacuum moulded aluminium 18-inch frame design and construction process, finished in cream luminescent paint and bearing Marc Newson facsimile signature to each side, fitted with Biomega lightweight alloy headstock and handlebars with foam grips, PACE front forks, Shimano Deore front hub, V-Brake levers operating front calliper brake and rear hub brake, Shimano Nexus 7-speed gear lever, Mygal Stronglight 46 crankset fitted with MKS folding pedals powering chain driving Shimano Nexus Inter7 rear hub, on Mavic X tangentially spoked wheels with quick-release front wheel shod with Nokia City Runner 17/50-559 pneumatic tyres, and with Biomega perforated leather saddle, in seemingly good order and showing little signs of use.
