of lobed form, the cover crisply carved with various flower blossoms against a diaper ground all enclosed by a keyfret border, the box similarly carved with a diaper ground, the interior and base lacquered black

Condition Report:
The box and cover are in good condition with the exception of some re-freshing to the red lacquer on the rims of both the box and cover, an 8mm., shallow flake to the black lacquer edge of the base of the box, some shallow chipping to a 4.5cm., section of the inner flange on the box, further smaller chips to the inner flange, a 4mm., chip to the bottom edge of the red lacquer of the box and an associated 2.5cm., shallow flake to the black lacquer edge of the base.
