A CHELSEA BRASS SHIP'S BELL CLOCK, SIGNED, 20TH CENTURY, the circular polished brass drum form case with removable glass cover, protecting a conforming dial with black Arabic numerals centering Breguet style hands and a small seconds dial, enclosing a black hand with ten second numbers and signed "CHELSEA," above a Slow/Fast adjuster and a single key escapement, mounted on a circular stained wood panel, includes one winding key.
