A CHINESE CELADON CONG VASE

Late Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912). Cong vase in this period mostly molded with the Taoism Eight Trigrams to each of the four sides, this piece however, decorated rarely with Chilong in four panels. Sturdily potted, overall in a lustrous celadon glaze with craquelure, apocryphal Qianlong mark on base. Condition: one glaze imperfection at the joint of 2 panels due to firing as shown in one photo, no damages observed.
Dimension: 4 7/8" x 4 7/8" x 10 ¾", 12.2 cm x 12.5 cm x 27.4 cm.
