A CHINESE CELADON JADE 'BIRD' PENDANT

The jade is carved as a bird incised on both sides with delineating various features including circular eyes, folded wings and tail feathers. The stone has a dark olive-green color with areas of dark russet inclusions. Shang Dynasty or later.
