Carved seated in dhyanasana with his hands in dhyana mudra, his robes picked out in gilt and decorated with blossoms, the garments draped loosely over his shoulder revealing his bare chest, his sharply defined features framed by his large, elongated earlobes, the stone with some white inclusions, 16.8cm.
Provenance: from an English private collection, acquired no later than the 1960s.
