A CHINESE EXPORT FAMILLE ROSE SQUARE PORCELAIN JAR, 20TH CENTURY, the circular rim on a short neck with conforming reserves of waterside landscapes flaring to a flat square form diapered pink ground top with floral painted blue ground corner ruyi details, above pale yellow ground with green scrolls sides centering quatrefoil fan reserves, depicting a lone rider on horseback striding across an arched bridge set amidst a mountainous waterside landscape dotted with various structures, ancient pines, blossoming cherry trees and tall willows, alternating reserves of tall gray ground vases with blue qilon details filled with red coral branches and peacock plumes, amidst other auspicious vessels, symbols, objects and a white crane gazing upwards, verso thinly white glazed underside revealing patches of natural porcelain body. Height: 11" Width: 6 1/2" Depth: 6 1/2"
Condition Report: Good condition with no discernible scratches, chips, cracks, wear nor repairs except for some small flaking at top corner tips.
