China, Possibly Hong Kong, Late Qing Dynasty, Circa 1900
The cover adorned with aa flying dragon encircling a central crest left blank, the outer of the box also adorned with a dragon, the below bears two marks, one in Chinese Mandarin (unidentified), one in Latin language reading “LWK”.
