A CHINESE EXPORT SILVER MODEL OF A JUNK. early 20th Century, modelled with three masts and battened lugsails chased throughout in imitation of matting, with twisted wire rigging and pierced pennants to the mastheads, the deck fitted with a louvred deckhouse, cannon, spars and figures of the crew including a helmsman at the tiller, the hull applied with chased roundels and hung with an anchor on a chain, upon a carved hardwood stand modelled as rolling waves. 18.5cm high
