Of hexagonal form, with gently rounded sides supported on four gilt lion-feet supports, the sides vividly painted with gilt with scenes of tea-cultivation and preparation, the top of the domed cover similarly decorated within a band of dragons chasing flaming pearls, 20 x 14 x 14.5cm long.
