A CHINESE IMPERIAL GREEN-ENAMELLED YELLOW-GROUND 'DRAGON' DISH
SIX CHARACTER QIANLONG MARK AND OF THE PERIOD 1736-95
The interior decorated with a medallion to the centre, enclosing a front-faced five-clawed dragon, leaping towards a flaming pearl, encircled by two further dragons striding in pursuit of flaming pearls amidst flower sprigs, the exterior similarly decorated, the scalloped rim outlined in black, 13.2cm.
