the body carved with a chilong clambering around each outer edge and covered in low relief carving of stylised clouds below a moulded arabesque border, on a rim foot with incised edge, even celadon tone with some russet highlights to one side, with a carved wood stand - 12.5cm long - Provenance: Private English Collection, acquired from Louis Joseph, 28 Knightsbridge, London, 10th November 1960 for £70
