A CHINESE POTTERY FIGURE OF A HORSE AND A FIGURE OF AN ATTENDANT Tang Dynasty 唐 陶馬及仕女像 Comprising a figure of a horse modelled standing foursquare with head turned slightly to the left, together with a figure of an attendant with their hands held together and dressed in long flowing robes, raised on a fitted wood stand, 18 - 25cm high (3) - PROVENANCE: Formerly in the collection of Frank William Pierce (d. 1978), Surrey, with paper collection label to the base.
