A CHINESE WOOD FOLDING CHAIR, JIAO YI 20th Century 二十世紀 木交椅 The curved top-rail terminating at each end with outscrolling arms, the carved and pierced splat decorated with a quatrefoil panel enclosing a curling dragon above a cartouche decorated with a qilin amongst swirling clouds and lingzhi, the rattan seat over a scrolling frieze carved in relief with confront chilong dragons, the legs connected by a rectangular footrest mounted with a huangtong plaque depicting three interconnected lozenges, 107.5cm high, 71.5cm wide, 67cm deep - PROVENANCE: From a private collection formed between the 1970s and 2000, bought in England and China, thence by descent 來源： 私人收藏，1970年代至2000年間組成，購於英國及中國，此後家族傳承Click here to share:Request a condition report
