A CLOISONNE ENAMEL LOBED VASE
Japan, Meiji period (1868-1912)
The eight-lobed vase with a short concave neck and foot, all worked in gold wire and colored enamels with a continuous design of scrolling gold foliage in-between mon crests and irregular floral compositions. The rims and underside applied with brass. The latter with a maker's mark.
HEIGHT 15.5 cm
Condition: Good condition with expected wear to enamels and brass applications.
