A COLLECTION OF FOUR CRYSTAL, AGATE AND QUARTZ SNUFF BOTTLES
19th century
Comprising: a rock crystal snuff bottle carved through the russet skin to depict a sitting tiger; a smoky crystal snuff bottle carved with lotus flowers on one side and bamboo on the reverse; a brown quartz bottle incised with a horse on one side and a watery landscape on the reverse; and an agate bottle of rounded form with layered abstract patterns within the stone, stoppers.
