Condition Report: Settee is sturdy overall. With an old repair to the back of the left arm, where it attaches to the frame. The front of this arm also lifts off the frame, if pulled. There is the occasional nick, scratch, or scuff to the frame consistent with use, slightly more concentrated to the feet
