Detachable round Damascus barrels in 17 mm calibre with keyways at muzzle and microgrooves. Identical serial numbers 1025 and manufacturer stamps (crowned monogram DC) on the bottom of the chambers. Finely engraved with arabesques steel box system, retractable folding trigger. Polished ebony handles (butt of one of the guns split). Grips provided with storage spaces for caps. Belgium, circa 1840, length of each 17 cm. In brown velvet lined walnut case, size 27 x 6 x 17 cm. Smooth ebony powder flask, screwdriver, key and matching bullet mold.
