Bacchanalian pattern, the bowls of the berry-spoons gilt and engraved with fruiting vines, the bowl of the ladle pierced and shell-shaped, in fitted gilt-tooled leather-covered case the case 35cm wide, weight of silver 20oz 18dwt, 651gr (7)

Each fully marked on back of bowl. The marks generally clear, though the maker's mark only just legible on some. There is some overall surface scratching and wear. The wear is noticeable as a softening to the gilding on some pieces. Possibly they were originally fully gilt. There are some scuffs, wear and scratches to the case. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
