A Caucasian 32-Bore Miquelet-Lock pistol

With plain barrel incised with spurious signature along the ribbed breech and retained by three silver barrel bands each nielloed with a flower-head on top and a symmetrical design of foliage beneath, characteristic gold-damascened lock with defaced circular gold-lined maker's mark, slender wooden stock covered in black leather with nielloed silver mounts partly engraved with wrigglework, some held by pins and comprising side and lock mount, butt and two-piece spherical pommel with borders of beadwork, the latter with silver suspension loop, nielloed fore-end mount and false ramrod, and button trigger nielloed with a flower-head (leather finger tab mostly missing)
