early 20th century, cast with four rings handles with floral mount surrounding the lower neck, and two larger ring handles with decorative leaf mount flanking the main body of the vessel, raised foot, bronze mounts, all over champleve decoration of flora and scrolling vines in yellow, white, red, blue, and green against a turquoise blue ground, raised four character mark to underside.
