A Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vase Lamp with Butterflies
early 20th century, porcelain hand painted with a famille rose palette, of globular shape with a straight neck and bulbous body, excellent painting with more than eighty different butterflies finely articulated in various colors and position of flight, drilled and fitted as a lamp with wooden base, two lightbulb stem, and topped with a light green jade colored carved hard stone finial, and with a white shade.
Condition: Good estate condition; drilled for lamp fittings; shade has some spots of discoloration.
