A White Jade ‘Guanyin on Dragon’ Plaque, Post Republic, 56AM

This rounded rectangular plaque pendant is carved from natural Jade with soft milky white colouration across the stone. Fine low-relief carving portrays standing Guanyin with a halo behind her head, positioned alongside intricately detailed dragon scrollwork and cloud motifs beneath her feet. Guanyin symbolises compassion, mercy, spiritual protection and benevolent blessings, while the accompanying dragon represents power, good fortune and divine guardianship. Smooth flowing contours define the carving, finished with a subtle satin polish. A small suspension hole is drilled at the top for cord mounting. Dimensions 6.5cm x 4cm.
