This hand-crafted pendant is fashioned from Silvered Bronze, measuring 5.5cm x 4.5cm. This rotating medallion pendant features an ornate scalloped outer frame embellished with vibrant red and turquoise cloisonne enamel ruyi scrollwork and fine twisted rope detailing, topped with a graceful cloud-form suspension bail. The obverse holds a large domed turquoise cabochon set within a freely revolving inner disc, exhibiting natural veining across its smooth surface. The reverse displays elaborate openwork filigree with polychrome enamel bat motifs and coin emblems, rendered in rich red, turquoise and cream enamels. Bats in Chinese iconography symbolise good fortune and blessings, paired with coin motifs representing wealth and prosperity.
