A Chinese Yellow and Rust Swirled Jade Snuff Bottle, 65AE
Carved from Jade in an ovoid flattened form. The stone features flowing swirled patterns of pale yellow and rust tones with natural fissures and scattered dark mineral speckling visible within the material. It is fitted with a Jade domed stopper exhibiting cream and dark grey mottling and stands upon a low integrated foot. Height 6 cm (2 3/8 in.), width 3.5 cm (1 3/8 in.).
