The cong with short cylinder enclosed by four square corners, the interior with straight walls, 5.7 x 5.7cm; the bangle with patches of russet-brown inclusions, the interior slightly convex, 6.4cm diameter (2).
Provenance: reputedly from the collection of the vendor’s step-grandfather, amassed in the South of England during the 1930s, and thence by descent.
