Condition Report: Tabletop with scattered light scratches, one corner with moderate scratches, board of top with approx. 24 in. split, moderate light circular water stain to tabletop, edges worn and abraded; skirt with scattered chipping, a few spots of adhesive residue, one leg with two filled repairs, light surface abrasions and soiling.
