late Qing dynasty, woven with eight gold five-clawed dragons chasing flaming pearls amongst clouds, cranes, shou roundels, Eight Buddhist Emblems and other precious objects, above spuming waves centred by the terrestrial diagram and lishui stripe at the sleeves and hem, with black silk bordering the neckline and to the sleeve extensions, the gold-striped sleeve extensions ending in matching black horse-hoof cuffs, with a similarly patterned collar band, edged with brocaded borders, 188cm across the arms 140cm long 清晚期 蓝地缎织彩云金龙纹吉服袍Condition Report Very minor loose threads.
