A Chinese bronze shoulao grotto, 17th century, cast with the central Daoist God of Longevity seated under a large overhanging rock face, clad in long robes and holding a peach and staff, flanked with a small stag and a crane, the reverse with a cast inscription in low relief 唐揚惠之造 (Made by Tang Yanghui), mounted on a later metal plinth, the bronze 43cm high
