A Chinese "claire de lune" pouring vessel

A Chinese "claire de lune" or pale celadon-glazed pouring vessel, Huajiao Yongzheng six-character seal mark and possibly of the period

Decorated with lobed "chrysanthemum-petals" to shoulder and body, the underside marked "Da Qing Yongzheng Nian Zhi", traces of a dark dressing to the polished footring.

Provenance: Acquired from a New Jersey estate by the present owner.
