In two sections, the sides and doors assembled from repurposed coromandel screens, each featuring ornately intaglio carved and painted figural scenes on the exterior and conformingly decorated with floral and avian motifs on ebonized ground on the interior, each opening to reveal six fabric-lined shelves, the two sections jointly surmounted by an architectural gilt and ebonized cornice and set on a conforming base with bracket feet

Condition Report: Overall fair to good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Scattered chipped losses to the screen panels, each with cracking to the lacquer throughout. Imperfections inherent in the assembly affecting the original painted elements. Scattered repairs.
