A Chinese crackle-blue glazed pear-shaped vase mounted as a lamp, Late Qing dynasty / Republic period, the slender neck flanked with paired mock-embossed animal mask-and-loose ring handles, fixed wood stand, 38cm high
Condition Report:
The neck cut down and mounted in brass with some nibbling along the edge. Drilled through base and fixed to wood stand, porcelain of base unexamined. Glaze covered in craquelure none of which appears to be a hairline, but prospective buyers will need to satisfy themselves upon physical inspection.
