A Chinese famille rose export porcelain punch bowl, the panels depicting a mythological scene about 'Acis and Galatea', decorated with polychrome enamels, the panels amongst a floral design in gilt, the medallion with again Acis and Galatea, and the top rim with a band of flower bundles interlinked by bamboo branches, 18thC, H 15,5 - ø 35 cm

Condition: Besides some surface scratches and the usual firing faults (dark spots), the bowl appears in our opinion in good condition.
