A Chinese famille rose, blue and white and gilt export tankard, Qing dynasty, Qianlong period, brightly enamelled with a central medallion of a lady and boys at play, reserved on a dense ground of underglaze blue 'fish eye' pattern with moulded lotus and butterflies 13.4cm high

Rubbing to gilt. Some fritting and nibbling to mouth rim. A large burst glaze bubble to the side, a very short glaze line to the interior underneath the rim, and other expected firing imperfections.
