A Chinese hardwood low coffee table, early 20th century, 46cm high, the top 91.5cm squareProvenance: Private Collection, The Old Rectory, GloucestershireCondition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use,Old splits and cracks, there are old splits, cracks and natural faults to the timber which have been filled with a composition - this has mainly been done to the underside and is rough in texture, there is one area of the top that appears to have had filler and has been polished smooth - there is a chip missingIt has been varnished and the surface is glossy overall There are joints opening to the frame but overall this table is solid and stable Please refer to additional images for visual reference to condition Condition Report Disclaimer
