A Chinese monochrome 'Mirror Black' porcelain bowl. China, Qing dynasty. Rare model preserved in perfect condition!

Finely potted with round sides and little everted rim, supported on a short foot. Interior and exterior covered in a reflective black glaze. Top-rim finished in nice brown color. Inscribed to the base with underglaze blue six-character Qianlong (1735-1796, 乾隆) reign mark.

Daylight and UV-light pictures included.

Dimensions: diameter – 12,6 cm; height – 6,2 cm. Weight – 204 g.

Provenance: private collection, Brussels, Belgium.

Conditions report: bowl in excellent condition. No damages! Minimal firing faults and use-related scratches to the glaze only. UV- and strong white light tested. Check pictures for details.
