Condition Report: Sustains a slight wobble. There are two drilled holes near the back edge of the top, suggesting there was most likely an additional piece at one time. With some staining to the top and wear to the edges consistent with age and use. There is some chipping to the lower front and also to the feet. There is a small dent and a bit of wood loss to the top trim at the lower right drawer. The rear, left leg has two pieces of wood that have become detached (included to allow for repair)
