A Collection of Cobalt Blue Carnival Glass Moon and Star Pattern Shakers

This lot comprises multiple pieces of blue carnival glass tableware featuring the Moon and Star pattern. The glass is characterized by a deep cobalt blue base color finished with a multi-colored iridescent luster. The pattern is a pressed glass design featuring raised circular "moons" with multi-pointed "stars" in the center, separated by vertical fluting and beaded columns. The collection includes two distinct forms. The larger shakers feature a footed, bulbous base that tapers to a neck fitted with a chrome-finished metal screw-top lid containing large circular perforations. The smaller shakers are cylindrical in form with matching chrome-finished metal screw-top lids. The glass surfaces are smooth on the interior with the pattern molded into the exterior.
